An offline serach engine, it works with build in cache, it will store the web page your browsed and related page that you stated in the software (they call web packs) , thus while you offline, you may search result from you local drive cache.....!??
Actually I think the technology direction should try to slove how can increase our connectivity rather that local cache memory from technology view. we are talking about think client network computer( just come with a browser ) , we should pay more resoure on wireless technology.
